What's the best way to book a casino night?
Use the contact form or give us a call. We'll describe the packages, recommend the best option for your event, and customize the plan to your requirements. Reserving at least two weeks in advance helps secure your preferred date.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. A 30% deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid no later than three days before the event date.
What's the maximum group size?
This depends on the package: Essential Casino Night fits up to 30, Signature up to 50, and Grand VIP up to 100. We can discuss custom options for bigger groups.
Is real money used at the events?
No. All games are strictly for entertainment purposes. Players use tokens that have no cash value, and we operate within applicable regulations. The emphasis is on the atmosphere and the experience, not money transactions.
Who runs the games at the tables?
Licensed dealers operate each table. They ensure fair play and smooth flow, allowing guests to focus on enjoying the evening.
What does each package include?
Each package includes dealers, tables, chips and cards, and refreshments, and winners get certificates or prizes. Premium packages add themed decorations, a photographer, and extra features—see the Offline Casino page for full details.
What if I need to cancel or change the date?
Cancel 14+ days before the event for full deposit refund. Between 7 and 14 days, we refund 50% of the deposit. Within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. You can reschedule if we agree in advance and availability exists.
Do you host events at external venues or other cities?
Yes. We organize casino-style events in different locations and can work with a venue you supply. Let us know where you'd like to host and we'll take care of the arrangements.
Can we tweak a package to match our needs?
Yes. We can modify packages—additional tables, different catering, themed decorations, or other requests. Get in touch and we'll create a customized proposal.
Do winners get anything?
Yes. Depending on the package, winners receive certificates and/or prizes as agreed during booking. No cash payouts are made—all games use tokens and are for fun. The idea is to enjoy the games and the evening, not betting with real money.
