Please read these Terms carefully before booking or attending any of our events. By making a reservation, you agree to follow the rules outlined below.

About These Terms

These Terms explain how our event services work and what you can expect from us. They also outline your responsibilities as a participant. Using our services means you fully accept these conditions.

Booking an Event

To book an event:

  • Contact us by email or phone to check availability.
  • A booking is confirmed once a 30% deposit of the selected package price is received.
  • We recommend booking your event at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than three days before the event date.
  • Without a deposit, the date cannot be booked.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Plans sometimes change — we understand that. Our policy is designed to be fair and clear:

  • Cancel 14 or more days before the event: full deposit refund.
  • Cancel between 7 and 14 days before the event: 50% of the deposit refunded.
  • Cancel within 7 days of the event: the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is possible if agreed in advance and subject to availability.

Event Participation Rules

To keep everything smooth and enjoyable, the following rules apply:

  • All games are strictly for entertainment purposes — no real money is used.
  • Guests receive tokens for playing, which have no cash value.
  • Dealer decisions in disputes are final.
  • Respectful behavior toward staff and other participants is required.
  • We reserve the right to remove anyone who behaves inappropriately or violates these rules.

Liability

Our responsibility has specific limits:

  • We cannot be held responsible for personal belongings that are lost or left unattended.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by participant misconduct.
  • We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Changes to These Terms
